The main server experienced a hardware crash, rendering the services hosted on it (including Plex, game servers, the server control panel, and other services) unavailable. The server did not respond to remote commands and required a manual restart. Services were restored around 7:20 p.m.

No data was compromised - all disks are functioning properly.

Preliminary cause: RAM instability (no ECC yet ;P). We will test it and adjust the settings shortly; in the meantime, we have enabled additional logging so that we can quickly determine the cause if the issue recurs. We apologize for the inconvenience.
